Hi, I know there has been loads of these threads (ive read most of them) i'm hoping to book for 30th aug, but cant decide on which hotel, sequio lodge or cheyenne? my only worry is that our youngest 2.5years might find the walk to/from hotel abit long? is there really much in it? i think the boys 8/6 would love the wild west theme. also does the lil one sleep in a cot or bed?
Sequoia Lodge is nearer than Cheyenne and it has a swimming pool. Its about 10 mins walk to the Disney Village but its all very flat, well lit walkways so why not take your buggy. There are also bus transfers ( I think but the last time we were there was about 5 yrs ago)
There is a awful lot of walking around Disney and even if your little one doesn't use a pushchair anymore, it might be worth taking one anyway as it really is exhausting for wee ones. Our youngest was out of his pushchair by 2 but we still took one to Disney until he was over 3 as there were times of day where he was shattered with all the walking. If you don't want to take your own, you can hire them in the park for around 8 Euros but you wouldn't rent a expensive car in toronto be able to take it back to your hotel at night which is probably when she'd be more tired.
Your 2.5 year old would sleep in a bed unless you specifically asked for a cot. In the Cheyenne you have a double bed and a set of bunk beds. In the Sequioa Lodge you have two double beds in each room.
