The Empress overlooks the Inner Harbour - if you get a room at the front of the building, you'll have fab views of Victoria's busy Inner Harbour. If you want to be a real tourist, then don't miss booking a seat for the Afternoon High Tea - a cultural staple - inside the hotel. The hotel isn't our favourite accommodation, as we found our room to be tired and aging. However, if you're hooked on history, you'll probably love a stay here.
