Hi, i am just trying to figure out how to search based on a set of 3 locations as dan posted. when he writes Philadelphia-Tel Aviv-Toronto does that mean that the flight is going from phili to tel aviv and then returning back to toronto?

Noodling around, the flights that are coming up in the 400 range eg iad-tlv-yyz requires 2 flights to AMS outbound and CHANGE OF AIRLINE to el al ams-tlv with 1.5 hour connection. everyone must collect their luggage and go thorugh customs in Philly, afterwards you can recheck your bags for Toronto (and enjoy Canada a low cost trip back to NY, still a great deal to Israel!) Or simply leave the airport with your luggage.

Put in days close to your preferred dates, choose the +/-2days option, and search. After 3 or 4 ineffectual searches on orbitz I got dates for 342$ in one try on ita matrix. Then you go back to orbitz to book with the dates and flight numbers that actually work.
FYI. When departing YYZ, you will get hit with about $54 in airport taxes. If you are flying to the US, you will also get hit with about $27 in US immigration/FDA fees. You pay these on revenue tickets but you also pay them on award tickets (AA to NYC)

so i booked tickets with an infant ewr-phi-zur-tlv, the zur-tlv leg is elal, and elal doesnt show a ticket number for infant. orbitz tells me that is bec us-air was origination and wont be an issue, can anyone confirm that i wont have issues on my elal leg back and forth?
Abt the service fee ask for a supervisor they refunded me after the fact by phone, even though I canceled online first. I said it never told me there was a service fee that was non refundable so how could they do that etc
My connecting flight from PHI to TORONTO was cancelled and then delayed by a few hours and we did not end up taking that leg of the trip. We got the miles for the flights and then they just took them away.
