Preview Tour: Attendance at a resort preview tour and sales presentation on Welk Vacation Ownership lasting approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours is required. Upgrades to a One Bedroom Suite at the Welk's Timber Ridge Lodges currently for $179 plus tax may be requested based on very limited availability. Reservations are first-come, first-served. Accommodations are assigned at time your reservation is confirmed. Extra Nights on the Standard Package are $50 plus tax each; or, $90 plus tax each on the Timber Ridge Lodges One Bedroom. Taxes: Lodging taxes are the responsibility of the guest and are paid at your hotel during your stay. The amount is approximately $5 per night on the Standard Package and $10 per night on the Lodges Upgrade.

Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy: This is an advance purchase package and is non-refundable although your arrival may be rescheduled with a minimum of five days advance notice with no penalty. Once purchased, this promotional package is valid for up to one full year. Failure to cancel or reschedule at least 5 days prior to arrival or failure to arrive will result in an additional $50 processing fee and the loss of package price.
