This helmet looks great ,fits great and service was great. My only complaint is the strap is very hard to work through the D rings. I have read multiple complaints about this but it appears nothing has been done to resolve it. I also called in and discussed this problem and was told they would look into it. I also emailed them and advised of the problem plus pointed out to them the negative comments under customer reviews. I am leaving on a road trip next week, I hope this helmet doesn't make me mad because it's to hard to take on and off.
