I imagine this shows the slow and gradual development of Dakar. I wonder if in ten years time these buildings might actually be finished and Dakar will eventually get to be about the size of London. Anyway, Lac rose, when we finally got there was beautiful. The salt content in the lake is so high that when the sun shines on it it looks pink.
