Chef Randy Dupuis returns home to the Vintage Hotels family after leaving his Executive Chef role at Queen s Landing in September 2012. Dupuis, like many world-class chefs felt the itch to venture into Entrepreneurism and open a restaurant of his own. After nineteen successful months of developing his own distinct cooking styles Randy knew it was time to come back home.
Chef Dupuis started at Queen s Landing in July 1995 as Chef de Partie. He showcased superior culinary talents and strong leadership skills which eventually lead to an Executive Chef position at Pillar and Post in January 2004. After seven years in the Pillar and Post kitchen Randy found his opportunity to return to Queen s Landing as Executive Chef, coming full circle in his culinary journey.
Randy is a phenomenal talent, says Michael Ewart, General Manager at The Parlour Inn.
