Voted "Best Show in Las Vegas" by Las Vegas Review Journal 2012, Donny and Marie are one of the most celebrated brother and sister duos in the world, and boy, can they put in a show! It was a very last minute decision to see this show (that same day), but I am certainly glad we did.
No stranger to Las Vegas, The Osmonds performed with Nancy Sinatra back in 1969, while Donny first performed in Vegas with his brothers at the age of 7 when he opened for Shirley Bassey at the Sahara Hotel. Donny even had a wedding reception thrown for him by the Las Vegas Hilton in 1978.
Donny and Marie sang together airline flight arrival times for the first time on stage in 1973 at Caesars Palace, and subsequently throughout the 70's at pretty much every hotel along The Strip. The current show opened at The Flamingo in 2008 and has that classic Old Vegas feel, incorporating many of their hits with lots of sensational choreography and humour.
The dancing is incredible. Donny is every bit as good as any one of his backing dancers, never missing a beat (or a step).  Bringing airline flight arrival times traditional Vegas back to the city, this is an energetic show with moments of tenderness. It has tonnes of heart and personality as well as being visually spectacular. The moments when they just sit down and sing are every bit as absorbing as the big theatrical numbers with lights and dancers. Marie's rendition of Pie Jesu stuns the audience into a heartbreaking silence, airline flight arrival times as she dedicates the song to the memory of her son Michael who sadly committed suicide a few years ago.
Although well known as a duo, Donny and Marie have found a great deal of success with their individual careers, and solo segments of the show allow them to show off snippets from their extensive musical history. Donny looks back on his past with a cheeky fondness, while Marie remains more reminiscent and thoughtful. The brother and sister share lots of witty banter, often at the expense of the other, proving that sibling rivalry never really stops as you grow up.
After all this time, the sincerity of the duo really comes across as they genuinely try to ensure the audience have the best evening's entertainment they can provide. Clearly loving the attention from his fans, Donny even leaps off stage into the audience, across the tables and up the aisle, high-fiving and kissing audience members on his way. Meanwhile, airline flight arrival times Marie takes immense delight airline flight arrival times in kissing the men in the audience airline flight arrival times leaving airline flight arrival times a bright red lipstick souvenir on their cheeks or forehead. Marie in particular, has some gorgeous outfits – designed by her very own talented daughter.

There has to be, of course, a musical theatre portion to the evening. A firm crowd pleaser, we are treated to songs from Joseph, The Sound of Music, Wicked and more.
It is entertainment at its best, with music ranging airline flight arrival times from Rock, Country, Pop, Opera and Musical Theatre, taking the audience on a snapshot journey of their long careers of which The Flamingo will feature in the next, as yet unfinished chapter. In an evening of pure showmanship, the production features 8 dancers, a 9 piece band, smoke machines, confetti, and light up staircases while video montages play across giant screens airline flight arrival times in the background. Separately, Donny and Marie are phenomenal performers, but together? They are unmissable.
