The selected candidate will directs the activities of subordinates engaged in the preparation of the established quality of food for service to passengers and crew. The person will also be responsible for the preparation of food in all outlets or in specific quality accommodation paris sections as per daily schedule.
This position requires availability to work on board during six months, and after that the candidate will be able to enjoy a minimum two months vacation before the next possible quality accommodation paris embarkation. Potential candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience as Junior Sous Chef or Chef Tournant onboard a medium quality accommodation paris size cruise quality accommodation paris vessel. In addition to the above a minimum of 6 years experience in active food preparation within large culinary operation in various quality accommodation paris positions within the Kitchen/ Galley is required.
Responsible for checking that quantity and quality of items ordered from stores are received and stored in proper condition quality accommodation paris according to Sanitation procedures and thereafter used in Accordance to standard recipes, reporting any discrepancies to Executive Chef.
