We had a great stay, the view was magnificent! We enjoyed the pool and beach area. The condo was very nice and suited us well. There was a shuttle for short distances which we used to go to local restaurants. We had education at the convention center which was easy to get to and a very short ride to downtown. I would definitely recommend this property.
We truly enjoyed our stay. The size and amenities of the unit were perfect for our family of four with a teen and a pre-teen. Enough personal space for everyone kitchen was great (micro, full fridge, delta song airlines homepage stove/oven). The view was gorgeous. Loved being able to sit right on condo porch each night/morning to watch sunset/sunrise. Pool was very well-kept/clean and open long hours for us to enjoy. Location was right near highways, so other areas easy to get to. The owner was EXCEPTIONALLY helpful and kind. Also went very out of his way to locate something we left behind and shipped it to us quickly. We recommend this condo for vacationing families, but could even see staying there in other situations (business, etc.)

The carpet was folded near the entry which caused a few miss-steps and could be considered dangerous. The location was excellent for our 4-member family, and the parking was adequate. The pool and beach areas were excellent. It was adequate for the price.
We enjoyed our stay in Tampa Bay. The view from the condo was fantastic. We were close to restaurants, shopping, major highways and to downtown Tampa. We found the condo small and in need of freshening up. Not much has been done to remodel it since it was first built 30 years ago. Same kitchen cabinets, furniture,etc. The stove and refrigerator were relatively new. Since we were renting for two months, we would have appreciated more modern facilities.
