During my Doctoral studies, I have had a chance to work with CIE on many normal and special situations. My initial impressions of CIE were very pleasant. They seemed to know what they were doing and seamlessly integrated my papers from another school to UTK and I was good to go in a short duration of time. I was transferring between schools when the SEVIS system was new and there were migratory confusions that CIE stepped in and handled efficiently. Now this was just the beginning of it. With my visa and other travel related procedures; CIE was quick and concise in helping out as well.
