How selfish people can get, maybe you and your family can contribute a $1 and then you would need on
There seems to be a process presently in Antigua Barbuda to keep the young people of the country suite hotels in denver uneducated. The alarming thing is that this process suite hotels in denver seems to be spearheaded by the government and some members of the civil machinery.
I speak in direct reference to students planning to study in Cuba. In previous years, students suite hotels in denver granted scholarships in Cuba were each awarded a grant of $4,500 per year through the Board of Education.
The Cuban government provided the tuition, room and board, and some food items free of charge. Students, to offset other expenses such as airline tickets and other supplies that are scarce in Cuba, used the stipend from the Board of Education.
However, this year the students have suddenly been informed that they will not be receiving the usual stipend. The reason given is that the Cuban government no longer awards scholarships, and that the government of Antigua is forced to pay $5,000 per student per annum.
There seems to be a direct attempt by the government to limit the total numbers of students who receive tertiary education, the numbers of students who pursue careers such as medicine, law, and engineering, and the numbers of students from poverty-stricken communities like Point and Gray's Farm.
Where is the average student from one of these low socio-economic areas going to find that money? Where are the parents of these students, many of whom cannot find jobs in this difficult economic climate, suite hotels in denver going to find the money to help their children fulfil their dreams?
In addition, these actions suggest that there are serious irregularities in the management of the Board of Education. If it is in fact true that the Cuban government can no longer offer free scholarships, then all payments to the Cuban government for students should be handled by the Board of Education.
Students should not be asked to pay for room and food. The Board of Education was designed to function on the backs of taxpayers. Therefore as long as we pay the education levy, our children should not be asked to pay for anything, when they are being told they have received scholarships.
I am tired of hearing the chairman of the Board of Education whine about how the organisation is broke and devoid of funds. How can the Board of Education be devoid suite hotels in denver of funds when we have been paying education levy?
Has there been some mismanagement, which has now caused a cash flow problem? It is pertinent to point out that students never had a problem receiving funds before, so questions must be asked as to why there is a problem now.
I believe that a full inquiry into the functioning and management suite hotels in denver of the Board of Education over the past five years is necessary, and that any misconduct found should be punished to the fullest extent of the law.

Is this person who wrote this article kidding Students should not have to pay for room and board , they really don t beleive that Cuba cut back on funding for people in their country. Get a life. Cuba s economy is in decline now, so deminishing help is to be expected.
How selfish people can get, maybe you and your family can contribute a $1 and then you would need only $1999 from the people. Get real, hating the government is one thing but not seeing the reality of the world is something else.
So true mmp, you said it best. Any where you go to college/university you have to pay for room and board. I live in the USA and I have to pay for my daughter s room and board (and it is not a tax write off either), she got a schorlarship but I still have to pay for room and board. That can be covered by student loans if you cannot afford to pay unfront or you can pay monthly or by semester. I dont know what world that person is living in. The economy is affecting the whole world and Cuba and Antigua is not immuned. Every where is cutting back on each and everything.
