WILKES BARRE PA Families who are NASCAR fans are the audience being targeted by national discount retailer Walmart, which is selling vacation packages to cabo san lucas what it calls the Walmart Family Track Pack in advance of the Pocono 400 race on June 10 (2012; Sunday) at Pocono International Raceway in Long Pond PA.
