Tom McDermott, CCIM, SIOR and John Thiry, CCIM of NAI Commercial Partners have recently completed the leasing of 80,000 SF of office space at 4139 Oregon Pike, Lancaster, PA to New York based global engineering firm Parsons Brinckerhoff. The 15 year transaction valued in excess of $10 million will allow PB to relocate 150 office workers from their current New York location at One Penn Plaza. Parsons Brinckerhoff has 14,000 employees in 150 offices and is the New York area's second largest engineering services firm according to Crain's New York. Lancaster based Oak Tree Development Group purchased the building from Windstream Communications and will complete hoilday inn the renovations for an occupancy date of April 2013.
