The Blanche Metro stop is also just 5 minutes from the apartment, from which all of Paris can be quickly reached. The security deposit was quickly refunded after our departure.

The apartment was lovely. Well decorated, very clean and in a great location. It is right off a very busy street with lots of shops and conveniences and only 1 long city block to the amazing Paris Metro which has to be the best subway system in the world. It was easy to get around the city and then at the end of the day we had a comfortable, cozy spot to kick up our feet. Were were traveling with an infant and the apartment was well-suited for that as well.
This was not my first visit to Paris. In fact, I have stayed at everything from The Plaza Athenee to sweet little mom and pop hotels on Rue de Bac and everything in between.
