A couple of months ago I highlighted a very well priced villa for sale in Pollens a which shortly afterwards sold (I maintain that there is life in this market if the price is right!!. Well priced properties sell, badly priced properties los angeles department of water and power do not!)
Well I have just been passed details of this one priced at 795,000€ but will reduce for a quick sale. The accommodation and location make this very very attractive in my mind and certainly well over the 25% 30% discount that I would want to see to make a property value for money in this market. Has interesting rental potential so great all around investment property.
