Se wants me to pay $500 but fought and refuse to pay and when i took pictures of the car from my iphone and suddenly she let me go without charging me anymore. They are also robbing people blind with their false advertising about prices . The taxes, no fault of their own, are immense, and they are trying to hide that cost until the customer arrives at their desk, out of town and all needy! You reserve a type of car, they try to give you a smaller car and tell you it is the same class of what you reserved.this is only one situation and one company. talk to people who rent cars and everyone has a horror story of some kind.
