This beach house was perfect for our get together! It had everything we needed, and provided so much spaciousness, wonderful views, and all the necessities to make our trip perfect! It is wheelchair accessible, the hot tub was relaxing and inviting, the rooms were themed and welcoming, and the living space of the livingroom, diningroom and kitchen allowed for everyone los angeles car rental lowest price to be in the same location without los angeles car rental lowest price being underfoot! There are lots of games and puzzles, and with 3 tables and chairs in the diningroom, everyone could have a seat and relax! The pictures of this home do not do justice. We had a gathering of 6 adults. A couple of the 6 liked the home from the pictures, 3 others did not. We went ahead and rented. Most concern was regading 3 bathrooms and 1 shower. The shower was one of the very most pleasant experiences ever. Each of the bathrooms had a good sized tub, also. Two of the bedrooms have bathrooms in them, the third bathroom is in the hall and so is the shower.
There are lots of cooking utensils, los angeles car rental lowest price dishes, glasses. Plenty of refrigerator space (2) of them. Lots of beach wood for our fire at night. The hot tub was incredibly clean and well maintained. The beach was about 20 steps or less from the door. We crabbed, got mussles, put together puzzles, read, took naps, long walks on the beach, talked till we could talk no more. Parking was excellent even with the boat. We had no problems with the house or performance of anything in the house but I know that had we a problem, it would have been handled quickly.The coast is beautiful in this area. Lots to see and do. Mr. Bray reccommended a restaurant in Yachts, which is 10 min. or so away. Ist is a resort restaurant and the food was wonderful and sitting at the glass windows with a glass of wine and watching los angeles car rental lowest price the sun set was exquisite. Talking about sunsets...The home is quite the place to view sunsets. Glass all around. What a wonderful time our group had. I am rambling, but hope you get the feel for what a great place this is. This is a lovely home. The owner takes great care to make sure that any and everything you might need is there. The house is roomy, great for beach watching, or if you want to get to the beach the access is very nice. We look forward to spending many more summers at this home. This would also be a great house to rent in the winter for storm watching. Highly recommend.

We brought an aerobed to put one couple in the living room instead of using the pull out couch. One minor downside is that there is only one shower (but very large with two showerheads); however, there is also a full bath with tub (no shower) and a half bath. Great hot tub so you can warm up after a splash in the cold Pacific. Fenced yard with 3 gates to contain smaller kids, which worked great for us. We used the barbeque, crab cooker and ping pong table in the garage. Although we did not see our hosts (Albert, the owner, and George, the caretaker), George called to check in several times, and Albert was very responsive via e-mail. They were also willing to work with us on leaving late for a few bucks more, since there was no one checking in right after us, so we got an extra half day. Poor cell coverage, but local phone use is free. Wireless internet provided as well - not super fast, but, hey - it's vacation!! All in all, a great place. We'll likely be going back.
Our family and our friends had an incredible week in Waldport at Bray's Point. The home more than adequately suited the nine people and two dogs. The home had all the necessary amenities, furnishings, and linens. Not to mention the game room and crab-cooker. We went crabbing two days, hit the sand dunes in Florence , relaxed on the beach just steps from the house, flew kits, had bon fires on the beach and campfires in the fire ring in the back yard. I can not recommend this home and location enough. We will definately go back!!

Great house with low beach access. The weather was warm and sunny everyday. The common area is very large and great for a group. Tons of space inside and out with lots of huge ocean facing windows makes it feel very open. We're defintely coming back in 2010.
