Great management listens and responds to their customers. Great that you did the right thing. Some of us drove up from Richmond last night and could not make it to tomorrows game. We now plan to come up to several games this season.
I was going to come to tonight s game, but before hearing this announcement, I had decided it wasn t worth it if tonight was postponed and i couldn t attend the rescheduled game. Hence, I m sitting on my couch.
According to Ticket Services you are not. I tried. The guy told me because they were single game tickets AND bought from stubhub I could not exchange. I don t get why you guys say one thing here and they tell you another there.
We updated our policy late yesterday. After speaking with the ticket downtown midtown sacramento apartments office downtown midtown sacramento apartments this morning, we were reassured that single game tickets, including those purchased on StubHub, are available to be exchanged
downtown midtown sacramento apartments A postponed game means a game that has been rescheduled for another date, not a game that starts late due to a rain delay, so no, Wednesday night s game is not exchangeable, unless you are a season ticket holder.
I tried to exchange downtown midtown sacramento apartments tickets downtown midtown sacramento apartments for last night s rained out game vs the Mets as I will be away for the make up game. I cannot find any link on the website to do this and was just on hold for over 40 minutes before I gave up. Please advise.
You must exchange tickets through the box office. If you are unable to get a representative on the phone, your best bet is to bring them with you the next time you are at the ballpark and exchange them then. Sorry for the inconvenience, but with consecutive postponements, there are a lot of exchanges to process.
