Thanks so much for the rental of the 4X4 SUV. Once again my experience with Vamos was excellent.  Alex was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived and promptly drove us to your office.  Alex was very polite, professional and friendly. helicopter tour in las vegas He went through the contract and the vehicle condition with us and then we were on our way.  The vehicle performed very well.  We had one minor issue and that was with the back door being difficult to open.  Otherwise, no other issues.  I find your car rental company to be excellent and will continue to use it when we visit Costa Rica. I continue to use Vamos because of the way that Tiziana, Alex, and Max have treated me. The rental prices are fair, but it is the customer service that really impresses me.  It is very important to me that Vamos continues to provide great service at a reasonable price. In the past, if a company cannot keep its customers happy, word gets around and we gringos take our business helicopter tour in las vegas elsewhere. I cannot say enough good things about Tiziana. She is responsive to my emails, and above all else, I trust her honesty completely, as I had a situation occur a couple of years ago and she treated me with respect and courtesy. That made a very good impression with me. My friends are now using Vamos as well and they have also had good experiences [too]. Please continue the great customer service! Chuck

We had a wonderful experience with Vamos and a great time in Costa Rica! It was wonderful being picked up right at the airport and everything went very smoothly. We appreciated having the GPS as well as the phone to make calls while we became helicopter tour in las vegas acquainted with the country.   I just realized that we never paid for a traffic ticket we received while in CR. We got a seat belt ticket from a police officer. He said that it would be forwarded on to the rental car company and we could take care of it there. Did you receive anything regarding that? We want to make sure to take care of it so it doesn't stay on my husbands passport.    Thanks!
