Japandroids' drummer David Prowse has told FL that he and bandmate Brian King are hoping to return w hotel times square for a run of club shows in Australia next year following their visit as part of the St Jerome's Laneway Festival. Prowse says that the festival tour is the perfect opportunity to introduce the band to Australian punters. "When you're part of a music festival you're not necessarily having to worry about whether there's Japandroids fans out there," Prowse w hotel times square explained. "We could kind of really gauge [from the festival tour] how many people really know about our band in Australia and then from there we could set up a tour of club dates. I'm hoping that we're going to play club shows in Australia some time in 2013, it's just not going to be this time around."
Guns 'N' Roses will tour Australia in March 2013 . Axl Rose and the current Gunners lineup will play five shows in Perth, Sydney, Newcastle, Melbourne and Brisbane with support from The Angels and ZZ Top.

According to a tweet from promoter AJ Maddah, the tour has been rescheduled for April and will be officially announced in January.
