Sea Trek in St. Thomas at Coral World has both Snuba and Helmet Diving. We did Snuba a couple of wee

We are looking to do the Sea Trek in St. Thomas at Coral World, however, my seven year old son and I only want to observe while the other 4 people in our party do the Sea Trek. Does anyone know if I have to purchase the regular price ticket or if there is an observer ticket available?
We have been on one other Carnival big bus tour london Cruise big bus tour london before and we liked purchasing tickets directly through Carnival for Excursions but in this case is it better to buy directly from Coral World and find our own transportation to and from the ship?
