Your room should have a thermastat and you will be able to adjust the temp.Around the ship they will have air conditioning and can sometimes be a bit cool so bring a sweater and maybe a light jacket.As far as the islands go they are usually pretty warm.I have been to Cozumel twice in January and February and both times it was hot.
