As Account Manager, Premium Tour Product, you will be responsible for creating and managing the Premium Shore Excursions and tour programs for high value guests in destinations worldwide. You will be responsible for overseeing all product content and delivery, and identify new opportunities that would provide revenue growth and guest satisfaction. The programs incorporate all ships between the three brands of Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, and Azamara Club. A continuous focus is placed on high value guest satisfaction as it drives revenue; management is placed on retooling of existing i get dressed up for my cruise products as well as adding and deleting of products as needed for customized high-end tour programs. In addition, you will be responsible for assessing and responding i get dressed up for my cruise to guest satisfaction, i get dressed up for my cruise monitoring the products and implement new upmarket / luxury products in destinations i get dressed up for my cruise worldwide. Also, you will identify and partner in development of product improvements and new revenue opportunities. In-depth knowledge of the three brands destinations will be critical. The position also includes, but is not limited to, contracting new operators and expanding the company's tour programs regions.
