H.G. Wells s classic science fiction novel, The War of the Worlds , didn t have a goliath. The great 1953 movie adaption didn t have a goliath. Even the 2005 Tom Cruise film didn t have a Goliath. So we re not exactly sure how War of the Worlds: Goliath fits in with the H.G. Wells story, but the 2012 animated film will be re-released this weekend in 3D in a limited run, and it might be fun to go see if it s nearby.
