Comming in to Vegas in less then 2 months, renting from Dollar and signed up for the "Express" Membership to avoid standing in lines. I know that all the rental agencies moved over to the new place, I was wondering how this "Express" thing works. Do I just get off the shuttle, pick out a car, and off I go? Or do I have to check in with someone, or what? First time doing the "Express" thing because I read about so many people suggesting it, just need to know what to do so I don't look like an idiot and stand in a line when I don't have to.
It easy. Take the bus to the rental car terminal. Dollar is located on the left hand side. Walk outside to the Dollar Express booth and tell them who you are. They handle it from there.

I recently returned a car to Mirage and that was a hassle. car rental paris thrifty There is no "Express Lane" and usually only one person working the counter. They also take at least a one hour lunch break. The person ahead of me was having difficulty with something and that took a while to resolve. One gentleman behind me was also returning and got sick tired of waiting, so he just threw his keys and contract over the counter.
It waited at least 15 minutes until I finally got up to the counter. I'm glad I waited because they had my total wrong and had neglected to take off my free day. The clerk was nice, but she couldn't get my total to match my print out on her first few tries. I'm also glad I had a copy of that with me.
All I would add to Wildcat's post is: don't be afraid to ask for an upgrade, even without a tip. I had a free upgrade coupon from BJ's Warehouse Club and no sooner did I have the words, "I have a coupon for a..." and the attendant car rental paris thrifty directed me to a 300 and told me to keep the coupon.
