Guests can save up to $150 during the week leading up to the 4th of July. Guests will be delighted with this fresh and clean pool home. With the home only 10 minutes from Disney property guests will find themselves very relaxed at the end of each day.
This beautiful home is just so inviting from the minute you walk in. It's 2400 square footage gives you so much space to relax you worries just fade away. With 4 bedrooms and 3 baths all at each corner of the house, privacy is at it's best. The oversized heated pool brings relaxation like you never felt. While the kids are swimming in the pool the adults can relax outside with plenty of seating, and a huge lanai area. Inside you will find two master suites. One that is just perfect for the in laws. The mother in law suite has a king bed, kitchenette along with a private bath. Also the mother in law suite has a flat screen HD TV/DVD combo. This mother in law suite provides for a private entrance as well. The master suite is huge with a king bed featuring a pillow top mattress, a large tub, walk in shower and beautiful armoire. A separate entrace is here as well. This master suite also features high end wall hangings. All bedrooms feature a flat screen HD TV and DVD player. The third bedroom is very private with a queen bed. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. Along with toys for children in the closet. The 4th bedroom also has numerous accessories with no additonal charge for an infant or small child. There is a stroller with carrier, high chair, baby tub, bouncer, hotels in downtown seattle swing, pack n play and baby monitors. This bedroom features Mickey carpeting which is sure to get the attention of any child. A flat screen HD TV with a very comfy huge couch is inviting at the end of the day. A Wii is also on site for the whole family to enjoy with several on site game. A laptop computer hotels in downtown seattle is available for free. On site is wifi for free and a phone for national calling at no charge. Outside you will find several palm trees. Watching them sway while swimming in the pool can’t be beat. The pool can be heated. Minimum stay of 6 nights required from January 1 - September 3, and October 1- December 31, During the Christmas holiday a 7 night stay is required. Stays of 4 or less nights are accepted during September or when gaps between bookings are shorter than 6 nights. Or if a deal indicates so.

The house was great. So close to all attractions yet not in the city. After a long day at Disney or Universal, it was nice to sit by the pool and soak your sore muscles. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We would rent again.

My family and I enjoyed your spacious home! Plenty of room for the kids to roam and with the heated pool, even the colder days we stayed the kids were able to swim. Being so close to Disney and other attractions made for an amazing trip. Cocoa beach being only an hour from the home was a plus. Defiantly would vacation in your home again!
This home is very clean, spacious, well stocked, well kept, and peaceful, yet close to all activities in Orlando and Kissimmee. We also spent a day at Anna Marie Island on the beach, only about an hours drive away. Cheri was made the rental process smooth and simple hotels in downtown seattle supplying us all necessary details in advance of our arrival. We rented Cheri's home for a family vacation. We had four adults and 5 kids. Everyone had their own space. Nice at the end of the day. Our four year granddaughter hotels in downtown seattle said the first day that she never wanted to leave this house! Close and easy to find all the attractions. We all loved the heated pool. The kids enjoyed the pool toys that were provided. My husband and I would like to come back in the future. It's very nice and very comfortable. Cheri is the best.

You will not be disappointed if you choose this place to have as your vacation home. It has everything you need if you are coming as a family with small children or with a group of friends. This home is very large and the outside space is also large. Quite area but close to everything. The owner Sheri and her maintenance crew were excellent if anything hotels in downtown seattle had to be done. I hope to rent this home for my next vacation.

Great home for family or couples vacation. Large rooms, open concept and large outdoor living suits our needs well. Second stay here and we find the owners and mgmt. co easy to work with throughout. 15 min. to Disney - close to essentials.
This spacious house with the 2 master bedrooms was great for us. My sister and her husband hotels in downtown seattle had the "mother-in-law" suite, we had the main master bedroom, and our kids and grandkids came down for Thanksgiving and had their own bedrooms...it worked out really well.
We have rented four homes in Florida. This is the best yet. Cheri the owner was very accommodating to all of our needs. We decided to rent a gas grill at the last moment, it was their upon our arrival. The home was a bit warm due to the high temperatures, and humidity, Cheri took care of it immediately. The home was very spacious and immaculate. We accidentally left our charger to our camera, the owner called the management company, they found it and will be returning it to us shortly. The back yard was very large,with more than enough seating. The pool was very refreshing and warm after a long day at the parks. Cheri, thank you again for allowing us to rent your home. We will be returning to Florida in 2015 and will definitely rent from you again.

We enjoyed our stay, even though we were not there for th theme parks. It would certainly be great for that. Owner was helpful and always available. Nice pool and outdoor sitting area. Bedding could have been updated (preferably cotton, as I am allergic to synthetics) as well as some work on the landscaping of front yard, but those are just cosmetic changes. BIG and roomy for the whole family!
Sheets have all been updated with new cotton sets. During the time this guests stayed there was quite a bit of rain. The lawn care company stated hotels in downtown seattle with all the rain it was hard to keep up with the growth of everything including blooming bushes. This property, unlike others, has several Queen Ann palms and flowering bushes. All requiring constant maintenance.
