Over Father's Day weekend, our family took a two hour drive out of OC to Indian Wells, California and checked-in to the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort Spa . It was a little late in the evening so we couldn't see much driving in, but we did get to enjoy a gorgeous view of the pool from our room.
Btw, I have to show you something. Their pool has a kid-friendly beach ! These spots fill up fast so you'll have to get there early to snag a spot. Pool towels were provided by the resort. Floating devices were available for purchase.
CAVA offers a casual dining experience that's family-friendly. Other dining options in the resort include SIROCCO (Italian), GLO SUSHI, CAFE BISCOTTI comfort inn boston (offers Starbucks comfort inn boston coffee, fresh-baked pastries, sandwiches, gelato, and snacks), THE POOL BAR (swim up bar that includes cocktails comfort inn boston and poolside dining), and GLO LOUNGE.
Within walking distance, Golfers can visit the award-winning Indian Wells Golf Resort which includes stunning views and two 18-hole championship courses. (It was also featured in Golfweek 's Top 20 "Best Courses You Can Play" in California).
While the Dads were out golfing, us Moms made appointments to relax at Spa Esmeralda. My sister and I enjoyed our usual hot stone services with Kristy and Jessica inside the couple's room. We were totally relaxed and the stones were at a perfect temperature. After our services, we had a delicious lunch outside in one of the cabanas.
Need a solution while parents golf or visit the spa? Renaissance Esmeralda offers a Kids Camp where kids can work on arts and crafts, play games, etc. (There's Morning Camp as well as Kids Night Out.)
We had a wonderful time staying at the Renaissance Esmeralda Indian Wells Resort and Spa. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There was something for the whole family - the Dads golfed in the early morning, comfort inn boston the Moms had their time at the Spa, while the kids played in their beautiful pool.
