We stayed in unit 4 and everything was as pictured and in good shape! Dealing with the owner, Manny, was easy and we were given all the details we needed to make the stay easy and stress free. The trip to Disney was simple and quick from the condo. Great place to make camp for a week at Disney that is quiet with your own parking spot at your front door. Will stay with Manny again when we come back to Disney. As a first time customer renting a vacation home, I was very hesitant. Everything buy used car from car rental agency went so smooth. The house had everything we needed it. It was clean, roomier, and close to all main attractions. I will do it again.
The resort grounds are beautiful. We were close to the pool which has advantages and disadvantages if it's karoke night. Overall the unit was very nice, lots of towels and almost too many glasses. We stayed for 9 weeks and could have used a little more room for our food. Fridge buy used car from car rental agency is ample and large appliances are in excellent shape. We were given a new coffee maker when the old one died. Could use a little better blender but it works. Overall unit was clean when we arrived but we found candy under the bed in the master bedroom and under the couch.
We plan to stay there next year even with the very minor things noted. There is a lot dishware and silverware and we were given an ample supply of starter items such as trash bags, toweling, toilet paper, etc.
We could not have picked a better house, was a bit worried as we live in the UK. Location was perfect, house was clean, tidy and very welcoming after a 9 hour flight. We had the pool to ourselves on the one day we had relaxing. Loads of restaurants close by. Once again the location was perfect for the theme parks. Thank you Manny for a fabulous holiday, we are trying to save up and we would definitely be rent from you again. Also thanks to Trevor when I had a total brain freeze and couldn't get back in through the gates he was a massive help !
We spent a week in the house, three families..lots of space, heated pool and proximity to Disney. I was a little skeptical at first, considering the price, but it was top notch. We had 8 and fit fairly comfortably! Nice and clean and close to just about anything. About 5-10 minutes to get to Disney. I would recommend and stay here again.

I stayed for 6 nights for a total of $675.00 and it was well worth it. We stayed in Unit 4. This is a gated community with a central heated pool. I did not see many kids so my 10 and 12 year old sons had the whole pool to themselves. We were there for a soccer tournament so we didnt spend a whole lot of time in the unit but the pictures on your site are accurate and it had very comfortable beds. It is under 5 miles from the Disney property just off of Rt 192. We were able to come out of the property and have a few moderately priced great meals for dinner. Anyone who goes, knows that Disney is not known for good priced meals.
