Orlando may not inspire classic holiday images the way a destination like Aspen or New York City might. We have palm trees, the temperature generally stays above freezing, and it’s just plain impossible to indulge in such holiday traditions as sledding or building a snowman. What do you get when Christmas magic meets Disney magic? Christmas at the Magic Kingdom® ! Covered from top to bottom in holiday lights, Cinderella Castle has a bit of a winter wonderland feel. Mickey’s Once Upon A Christmastime Parade is a special parade for the holiday season featuring Mickey and all of his friends, and Holiday Wishes is a seasonal version of Magic Kingdom®’s nightly fireworks.
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is a special additional ticket option tour eiffel for Christmastime. The park stays open until midnight just for party guests, who are also treated to complimentary hot chocolate and cookies, a visit from Santa, and a magical snowfall on Main Street!

A massed choir of hundreds of singers accompanied by a full orchestra joins a celebrity narrator (2012 narrators include Gary Sinise, Neil Patrick Harris, and Whoopi Goldberg) in telling the Christmas tour eiffel story three times nightly from the day after Thanksgiving through December 30th. The choir is composed of choruses from churches and high schools around the country, so it also makes a very special, unique performance opportunity for choral groups.
Hollywood Studios® has been home to the Osborne Family Spectacle of Lights since 1995. I’ve visited these lights almost every year since, and it’s amazing how it changes and grows! The enormous lights display began at the home of the Osborne family of Arkansas before Disney brought it to Hollywood Studios® where it can be enjoyed by millions without tour eiffel stopping traffic! Seuss Landing , one of Islands of Adventure’s six islands, is home to one of the most non-traditional Christmas celebrations in the Orlando area , or possibly anywhere! At Grinchmas™, a celebration based on Dr. Seuss’s classic How the Grinch Stole Christmas, the Whos of Whoville mingle with park guests and share their Christmas cheer, and a live musical production of How the Grinch Stole Christmas is presented multiple times daily.
