This was our 3rd time at Punta DelMar and our 1st in this lovely villa. It is furnished and decorated car rental rates boston beautifully! We found it to be very clean and well taken care of. Beach chairs, beach towels, body boards and even life jackets were provided. When we wanted a different or more calm beach, it was an easy drive to the marina at Black Eagle and to Steps beaches. We also enjoyed morning beach walks along the beach or on the path thru the trees over to the Sandy Beach area for breakfast or lunch. Our favorite grocery store is Edwards Co-op near the Plaza Bonet liquor store. There was a full moon for one of the weeks we were there...just fabulous! The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked very well when needed. Punta del Mar is a beautiful, gated condo complex with an office staff that was kind and helpful. Our family including three young adults stayed in the villa in mid June for five nights. The rental met all our needs and acted as our home base after time at the beach, incredible snorkeling, a sunset cruise, car rental rates boston exploring the sights and shopping. Taking advantage of the modern kitchen, most meals we cooked in the villa after stocking up at the Econo Mart. Fun surf break out back and just a few minute drive from the famous breaks of Maria's, Tres Palmas, Pools and more. We found this home to be beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed from beach towels to soap and even a blow dryer. Only thing missing was some salt and pepper. The owner was super accomodating and saw to our every need. We will return here again and again. :-)
Punta del Mar is a condo complex on the northern side of Rincon. Although it is a little isolated from the rest of the town, the condo was beautiful and had everything we needed (unlike other vacation rentals, car rental rates boston we couldn't think of anything that was not provided!) The complex is on a very undeveloped beach which made for stunning, peaceful walks with a lot of privacy. The pool is beautiful, and the kids had a wonderful time exploring. The town of Rincon and all it has to offer is only a 5 minute drive away. Can't recommend this property highly enough.
