We had such a great vacation. Jewel by the Sea is a beautiful house! Even though it rained 5 out of the 7 days we were there we still had a fun time. The house is so roomy that there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy movies or games on the rainy days. The pictures do not show how much space there is! All 11 of us were very comfortable (and with the rain from Hurricane Alex, we had a lot of togetherness)!

rental car reservations If you are looking for a beautiful, comfortable home with lots of bedroooms, bathrooms and only steps from the beach-this is it! 6 bedrooms (3 large bedrooms w/attached bathrooms on the 2nd floor) plus a childs room, fit our 3 couples perfectly. There were also 2 bedrooms on the ground rental car reservations floor, one with attached bath and one childs room. We had 9 in our party and we can t say enough about the accomadations... the photos online don t do justice to the lovely home and we were extremely happy with the location. We could be at the beach in less than 3 min and the pool in the back yard was a hit with everyone, ages 1-60!
Scott and Linda are great hosts and we have stayed at their vacation homes twice now... and never have we been disappointed. Love their properties and cannot wait to go back! Late Summer: Aug 9 - Aug 29 $3,475 Fall: Aug 30 - Oct 24 $2,300 Off Season: Oct 25 - Feb 20 $1,600 Winter: February 21 - March 6 $2,300/week Spring: March 7 - May 22 $3,150/week Peak Summer: May 23 - August rental car reservations 07 $4,950/week, (4th of July week, $5400/wk) Late Summer: August 8 - August 28 $3,675/week Fall: August 29 - October 30 $2,500/week Off Season: October 31 - February 19 $1,600/week Thanksgiving, Christmas weeks:$2,500/week Sat to Sat 7 night minimum rentals only from May 23 to Aug 7, 4 night minimum other times of the year. $200 Cleaning Fee required for five or less night rentals only. Heat Pool:$250-$300 per week if requested. 12% Tax There is also a $500.00 refundable damage deposit, rental car reservations (refunded within seven days after check out).
