We are ending our cruise in Stockholm on June 22 and soending one night there. I just made a reservation at the Grand Hotel for their smorgasbord dinner. I have read some good reviews and figured it was a perfect dinner for our one night in Stockholm. We will see!!
The Sm rg sbord served at the Grand Hotel is a Stockholm institution and a bargain at 425 SEK when you consider the amount of dishes to choose from and the quality of the food. Complimentary drinks are expensive though but a Sm rg sbord isn't complete without a snaps or two (if you drink alcoholic drinks, of course) to wash down the pickled london visitor travel card herring with.
I have stayed at the Grand Hotel on many occasions and easn't even aware that they had a smorgasbord at dinner.
