For decades, revelers have arrived en masse from all over the country and the world to show off their brilliant costumes and feast their eyes on the creativity of others. Then from 6-8pm, there will be live music. Winners will be announced at 9:30. If you'd like to enter, make your way to the Pioneer Inn Retail Store on Hotel Street between 6-8:45pm.
