Is this process useful for other partner airlines? Boom! with a little more research, I got them to waive the change fee since they made a change to the reservation (one flight was going to arrive 3 minutes later), and got them to switch to an LH flight with much better routing. Funny thing though, this time around, they saw the space on LH, which they didn t before even though it was wide open.
