My 3rd floor room was small, cold, dark, and worst of all right above the downstairs restaurant/bar. Noise emanated throughout the night. No coffee maker in the room, no newspaper delivered. Guests are expected to walk down the hall to a table designated for both. Ate at the restaurant for dinner, ordered a cocktail from the suggested cocktail list, they did not have the ingredients to make it. Ordered a bottle of wine from the list, not in stock. Our plates were not cleared until the food for the next course arrived. An overall extremely disappointing stay.
