Branch Cove. (68 Sac Rd. Lake Ozark) Large recreation room with full size air hockey and foosball, wetbar, game table, 2 fireplaces. 30 ftx20ft main floor living room with lcd tv,dvd,stereo and 2 complete living room sets. Floor to ceiling windows look over lake. Mirrored walls and open stairways. Kitchen has ceramic tile counters, smooth top range and plenty of counter and cabinet space. Total of 3 large living areas to spread out in. We have 7 sofas! Lots of seating aaa vacation packages for everyone. All bedrooms are very large.

Let me start by saying that I have rented several homes in the Ozarks. aaa vacation packages This is the ONLY bad review that I have ever given. I have to be honest with all renters so they know to avoid this home at all costs! My family visited for my grandmothers 75th bday. I let Roxann know ahead of time that we were a very clean family and was looking for a nice, relaxing getaway. It had been a while since we all got together so we were looking forward aaa vacation packages to enjoying time with one another. Well from the moment we got there it was everything but relaxing. The home is VERY old and outdated. When you first pull up and go down a very very steep hill you pull up to what looks to be an old mobile home. Not that I have anything against trailer homes, however, it s not what I expect when leaving my home to vacation. So moving past the outside appearance, we walk inside the home and are blown completely away and NOT in a good way. The inside of the home looked like a 1970 s horror. It was a COMPLETE DISGUST and we spent most of our time CLEANING this house so that we could actually stay there! The furniture was very stinky, outdated aaa vacation packages and ripped apart with holes throughout the pillows. The furniture looked aaa vacation packages like it was picked up off the side of the road or maybe a thrift store, but had NEVER been cleaned. There were holes in the walls. None of the top locks on the doors worked. The kitchen was HORRIFIC and made me want to vomit. We had to completely disinfect aaa vacation packages everything! aaa vacation packages There was old food left out, the microwave looked like something exploded several times over and was left for an entire year uncleaned, the dishes still had old food on them but were put away as if they were clean. It was so disgusting that we just went out and bought paper products and plastic silverware to use while we stayed. The cabinets were broken and hanging off. There was no room to put luggage in the downstairs master b/c the closet was filled with baby stuff. The basement, which they call the recreation room was a complete mess. The closet had games and pieces just thrown about. No one bothered to clean or organize anything before we came. There was a strong MOLDY smell down there that made it unbearable to stay down so we NEVER got the chance to enjoy the so-called rec room. We spent most of our time outside on the deck b/c it was the cleanest part of the house.
Owner's Response: Unfortunately we do not believe we could ever please this group. Our home is exactly as presented in the photos. The carpets had been professionally cleaned the day before their arrival. Yes, we do have a steep paved driveway aaa vacation packages which ends at our paved parking lot. The house appears to be a one story from the top side, but due being built into the hillside it is deceiving and it is 3 full floors with 4,000 sq feet
They had arrived with containers of Lysol wipes in hand already.....before ever entering the home. We tried to work with them but still received threatening email about the negative consequences of not issuing a full refund.
We ask that as you read this review, you please keep in mind the many happy families we have had here in the past 7 years. We only want families to be able to have as much fun at the lake as we have been able to experience over the years!
This is a comfortable big place. We especially enjoyed the very large and accommodating kitchen and dining area. The bunk house is nearer the level of the parking and there are about 20 step down from there to the main house. My 85 year old parents were able to get up and down without much fuss. The bunk house is a great for kids and the easy to please adults. It just isn t of the same creature comfort as the main house. The bedroom on the first floor is large and has it s own bathroom. The other sleeping room on the main level is about 7 x 9 with an open clothes rod. We found this room to be fine for two people however bring your own fan to keep the temperature comfortable as we did not notice a vent in this room and the second night it got really hot with three people sleeping in it. Down stairs there are two bedrooms with another sleeping room of about 6 x 10 . Similar to the sleeping room upstairs this room got a little stuffy with no fan. The place is big, clean and comfortable. Roxann is a dream to work with on the details. The secret to enjoying this place is put the lightest sleepersin the three conventional bedrooms, bring fans for the two sleeping rooms, and put the and easy to please folks that can handle no bathroom in the bunk house. I highly recommend the place and would definitely aaa vacation packages rent here again.

But Roxann’s Lakehouse on the Horseshoe Bend of the Lake of the Ozarks fit the bill. From kids 2 ½ and almost 4 to seventy-somethings, we were very happy at the house. The kitchen was amazing, filled with every possible platter and device to cook and mix. The sofas (on all three floors!!) were comfortable and super clean. Loved the solid walls and doors of each of the seven bedrooms. Even the sound of the kids playing a loud game of charades outside our bedroom was muted. The bathrooms were sparkling clean. Really appreciate that. And the two sinks and large mirrors in each of the three of the bathrooms was juuuuust enough aaa vacation packages room for a horde of teenage girls. All communications with Roxann were immediately answered and concerns quickly resolved. aaa vacation packages That is unique in my experience. Very appreciative. The game room was way cool. And the entries of all three floors to the decks were outstanding. Chairs on the decks were plentiful and very comfortable. Grilling was easy on the main floor deck. Our group had no particular problem with the steps. More exercise, aaa vacation packages methinks, for everyone. The parking was interesting but *shrug* no biggie. The beds were large and the rooms massive making it possible to set up inflatable aaa vacation packages mattresses for some of the young ones. Love, love, loved the pontoon, btw. Highly recommend. Our family members are aged from 8 to 85 and came from as far away as Texas, DC, the Czech Republic and Russia. Everyone was extremely happy with our stay at this house. The view is wonderful from the large decks, and the fishing and swimming from the well equipped dock was great. The stairway between the house and dock is not too long and was not a problem aaa vacation packages for anyone. Having the house up on the hill just adds to the view. The rooms were especially large and the living space quite adequate for our big family. The house was well-stocked with dishes, linens, and other needed necessities. We were also glad to have WiFi. The house is also conveniently located for shopping and restaurants. The owners are great. We had a problem with the air conditioner and the owners had the repair people there right away. The only complaint was a musty smell from the laundry room. The bottom line, we want to return to this house!
