This unit has been completely renovated; everything is brand new. Large (Non-Smoking) studio located directly on the beach. It has a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, two full-size beds, and a pull-out sleeper-sofa.
There's no need for a car; shops, stores, and night clubs are in walking distance. Located across the street is a Grocery Store. By car, it is 15 minutes from the Ft. Lauderdale Airport, dog & horse tracks, tennis, golfing, the Galleria Mall, gambling cruises, and Dania Jhi. This unit has a city view.
Outside, the pool area is located directly on the beach with an awesome pool (heated in the winter). hertz auto rental Located on the pool patio is a outside restaurant and tiki bar with live entertainment and seven televisions (direct TV to watch all the football games at the same time). The lobby includes a restaurant, night club lounge, beauty hertz auto rental salon, hertz auto rental massage palor, and stores.

Overall we have no complaints and enjoyed our stay. There where plenty of restaurants and a grocery store located with in walking distance. This was a huge benefit with no vehicle.
Ok, let's not call this unit a Condo. It's basically a hotel room with a mini fridge, micro, toaster and coffee pot. The beds were like sleeping hertz auto rental on the floor, very very hard. Also the noisest place we have ever stayed. hertz auto rental No security whatsoever. At night there were many prostitutes in the hotel, which, by the way, tried propositioning my husband as I was standing right next to him. It's on the 3rd floor, so anything that is going on music wise, can be heard. The name of the hotel is Ocean Manor (OM). Check the reviews on this place so that you know what you are getting yourselves into. Now, on the positive side, it is right on the beach and the sushi restaurant is good. The Tiki Bar was also good. Good service. It was an great location. Also, the owner of the "condo" was very easy to work with and for a hotel room, which is what is really is, the price was right. So, we have a family of 4, 2 of which are teens. hertz auto rental We felt squished, but, it's not like we spent a lot of time in the unit. So, if you are looking for a Condo, hertz auto rental this would not be it for you. If you are looking for a reasonable hotel room on the beach for a reasonable price, this would be for you.
The condo was very nice. The owner was very good. The building is rough around the edges. It would have be nice to know about the nightclub directly below that ends it's very loud music at 3am on the weekend.
