Needs a switch. This exact problem is what made them put in the fused harness. Switches leak fluid which causes a fire hazard. Replace the leaking switch las vegas luxury car rental and be happy the fuse blew instead of BBQing your truck!! Can't see a need to replace the harness, unless someone has more insight on that then me.
