I had called down to the Valet to have our vehicle brought up as we were soon to be checking out.  Mark saw that the back left rear tire was flat as it sat in your parking garage.  He not only filled car rentals vancouver bc it with air to be able to bring it up to the parking area, but he had already called for a towing company to come and put the spare tire on for us by the time we had checked out.

Through the whole process Mr. Brailey was attentive to the situation and took care of everything for us.  What makes his actions even more sincere is that he had no idea why we were in Vancouver and just how very sick that I was at the time.  He did it because of his commitment to providing excellent service to all guests of The Sutton Place Hotel.
