Over 900 travel agents attended Funjet Vacations ' annual tradeshows in Dallas , Houston , Austin , and San Antonio the week of April 8, 2013. The theme of the shows was Texas Proud for 25 Years to show Funjet's commitment rental cars in aruba to the travel agency community in Texas for the past 25 years.
With so many changes going on right now in the travel industry, we really wanted to highlight our stance on being completely committed to travel agents and the fact that we are the only family owned and operated U.S. tour operator, said Mike Going , President of Funjet Vacations.
In addition to face time with nearly 100 different hoteliers and suppliers, travel agents also had a chance to participate in special training rental cars in aruba session on topics specifically geared for home based agents, selling Hawaii , group travel and destination weddings, along with how agents can increase their profitability overall with Funjet.
We were blown away by how many agents attended the trainings over 50 percent of agents who came to the shows went to at least one training session, said Terry Linex , vice president of sales.
