Our client, a leading on-line services provider, is currently recruiting a Customer last minute inexpensive airline tickets Service Representative with German to join their team on an on-going temporary last minute inexpensive airline tickets basis. This role will be based in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15.
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, the successful candidate will join a well-established last minute inexpensive airline tickets team and be responsible for dealing with all customer queries in an efficient and timely manner.
The key duties will include: Responding to customer queries by phone and email Logging calls as appropriate Resolving queries in a timely and efficient manner Develop relationships with various departments within the business in order to ensure swift responses Product awareness: last minute inexpensive airline tickets develop and understanding last minute inexpensive airline tickets of company products and services Processing payments, issuing last minute inexpensive airline tickets cheques and updating systems accordingly Ad hoc administration as required
Skills/Experience required: Fluency in English and German essential At least 2-3 years administration/customer service experience in a fast-paced role essential Proactive approach to resolving queries Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong IT skills including proficiency with MS Office Suite including Word and Excel Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Flexibility in approach to working arrangements
