The Shangri-La delegation includes marketing, sales, hotel managers and destination experts from China, Turkey, Singapore and the Middle East.
Inspired by the legendary land featured in James Hilton’s novel Lost Horizon, the name Shangri-La encapsulates the serenity and service for which Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts is renowned. These signature qualities are shared at more than 80 Shangri-La properties that stretch across 18 countries.
