Stayed for 7 days in May, 2013 Parking was terrible!!, said it had 2 spots, but couldn't get minivan in either one as they were separated by wall, and beach street parking is big hassle, condo listed as sleeping 8 but actually only sleeps 6, 3 bedrooms no pullout couch or anything else. furniture needs updating. location is great, as were guests above us.but overall with the parking situation and for the money i was disappointed and would stay somewhere else.
Stayed for 7 days in March, 2013 Very Overpriced and outdated. You are lucky to get two warm showers back to back. Not what you would expect for 4k a week. Carpet is stained and very dirty.Kitchen is very outdated. The back porch is NOT private. Shop around,there are some "luxury" properties on Mission/Pacific beach for equal or less money.
