I was very upset that this young man pulled the wool over my eyes. I was even more upset that the company he works for must endorse that sort of behavior, pushing their employees to up-sell in this fashion.
Then .Monday evening was my set time of departure. Driving toward Boston at around 5 P.M. I quickly realized that I wasn t going to be able to make my flight. If the smoke on the horizon coming into Boston wasn t enough, my father called me and explained that the Governor had shut the city down, closed the airport and suggested people stay out of crowded areas.
